Dwayne was the first pastor at Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He serves as a pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. As well as pastoring Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written several online articles as well as a co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. They have three children.
